Do you ever start emailing someone and they go nuts on you? Expect things like you have known them forever and will disclose all kinds of info right away????

Ok, I think I'm the first one to admit that I have a problem in this area. LOL :) I don't think I expect too much but I have a really bad habit of being too honest I think (give TMI too soon). It's just who I am. I'm very open and honst and I just automatically expect others to be the same. I lead with my heart and finding the right balance is difficult for me....but I am growing and evolving!

It's OK to rush into things,sometimes,and OK to take things at a slower pace. But, YOU won't win any 'race' going slow!!!! there is a time and a place for everything. although honesty between two people is necessary for a healthy relationship... there are some things that just don't need to be shared. we all have a past... and that's where some things belong. get to know the new person in your life, and share the things that you are comforable with at the appropriate times.

I think that now a days people are so desperate to find LOVE that they are willing to tell all right away and not take things slow. As for me, I'm an open book, but all my past comes with time. When people communicate slowly day by day it gives you time to understand, learn and actually care about the other person's feelings and what they have gone through.
