I have been on a couple of these online dating sites and it seems when ever I find a guy that I could start something with, it turns out that all they want to be is F*** buddies. I am ok with it sometimes, but is that all that is out there?

Lil Momma, not speaking for all men of coarse, but for me those are two different kinds of women. I do tend to categorize right away, and I've learn over the years not to cross women over from one group to the other. At least think of it this way, at least they are being honest enough to let you know the plan from the start and not trying to play you...which is definately a good thing!

Last year I was having such a friendship that was on going for several months. I decided to end it as it as I started to feel like I was settling for second best Surprisingly I met a special man within weeks, and we were in a relationship for 5 months.

Now I'm single again and this friend wants to connect up again. It was only after I said no, that he said that now he wants more, wants to try a relationship.
Well not long after I had decided that I would not go there, I met another special man, that certainly shows lots of potential.

Coincidence? Mmmm I think I have to give this issue more thought. less...

There are many men who only want one thing and have been "fortunate" enough to get it just by asking for it. If the approach worked once, chances are that it will work again and they keep at it. That's all.

But why let those guys keep you from getting what you want? Don't let them discourage you from finding a good man here. And I am sure that there are plenty of good men here. Two of them have responded to your post!
