trust me Wendy, I'd give up a portion of my life to have my parents still alive. As judgmental as they seemed to be as I was growing up, in retrospect I can only see that their years of wisdom/experience were trying to look out for me.

just gt into the blogs and thank you for the wishes du jour. As my mom used to preach if you can't be thought of every day don't save it all up for one day lol. My kids have their hands out right now waiting for 'their' share of the proceeds from me selling my parent's house. Though now a widower and it being thusly a moot point, even my wife couldn't lay her hands on that or the house cuz it was my inheritance (if I read all the laws correctly). Glad I left the kids behind in NY when I move  more...
